ROBERT ZEHNDER


Bio

Robert Zehnder earned a BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2015. Zehnder’s work has been included in exhibitions at White Cube, London; Rachel Uffner Gallery, New York, NY; C L E A R I N G, Brooklyn, NY and Los Angeles, CA; Mrs., Maspeth, NY; Laura, and Jacket Contemporary, Chicago, IL; Spider Gallery, Wichita, KS and the Ox-Bow School of Art, Saugatuck, MI, among others.  The artist’s first solo exhibition with Mrs. was held in September 2022 followed by a solo presentation of the artist’s work at Independent in May of 2023.  His first solo exhibition in Los Angeles, CA was held in Spring of 2023 with C L E A R I N G.  Zehnder’s work has been placed in the permanent collection of the ICA Miami, Miami, FL; The Mint Museum, Charlotte, NC; the Aïshti Foundation, Jal El Dib, Lebanon; as well as the Warehouse, Dallas, TX and the Morgan Stanley Art Collection, New York, NY.  The artist currently lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.
